Summer TV is nearing its end, but it isn't going down without a fight.

August features a number of exciting new shows, from Noah Hawley's *Alien: Earth* to *Outlander *prequel *Outlander: Blood of My Blood* or, if action is more your thing, there's the Taylor Kitsch-led* The Terminal List *prequel, *The Terminal List: Dark Wolf*.

But as we prepare for fall, September bring with it a number of exciting new shows, from *NCIS: Tony & Ziva* to the latest from* Office* showrunner Greg Daniels, *The Paper*.
