Liam Neeson is teaming up with his former mother-in-law, Vanessa Redgrave, for an explosive new sci-fi comedy.

Neeson and Redgrave appear alongside *Stranger Things *star Joe Keery, *Barbarian *breakout Georgina Campbell, *Smile*'s Sosie Bacon, and the legendary Lesley Manville in the first trailer for the sci-fi comedy *Cold Storage*, which features more than one head exploding into neon green chunks. You can watch it above.

This is the first time Neeson and Redgrave have appeared in the same movie, though they have maintained a close bond since Richardson's death 16 years ago. The late *Parent Trap* star, who first met Neeson when they costarred on Broadway, died in March 2009 at age 45 after suffering a head injury while skiing. The couple welcomed two children together and were married for 15 years before her tragic death.**

While the *Taken *star doesn't share any scenes with Redgrave in *Cold Storage*, he told *The Hollywood Reporter *that he expects her to steal the movie.

"The day she started work was the day I actually flew back home from Rome," he told the outlet. "But we were in the same hotel, and so we had dinner. Her character and her scenes in the film, she's probably going to steal the movie. She's perfect casting for it. It's a good script and a good story. But, yeah, she's going to steal the fecking movie."

The trailer* *teases a riff on *Alien*'s gut-bursting thrills set in a *Fallout*-esque arid wasteland in the throes of a *The Last of Us*-style viral apocalypse — but with plenty more humor.**

The official logline for *Cold Storage *reads, "Teacake (Keery) and Naomi (Campbell), two young employees of a self-storage company built on the site of an old U.S. military base, have their wildest night shift ever when a parasitic fungus escapes from the lowest sublevel of the base, where it was sealed by the government decades before."**

The Oscar-nominated actor plays a "grizzled retired bioterror operative" who helps Teacake and Naomi try "to contain the merciless menace and prevent the explosive extinction of Mankind itself."
