He received the honor following his performance in Tennessee's, 20-17, loss to No. 1 Texas on Sept. 26 at Neyland Stadium. Moss recorded five tackles and one pass breakup. On special teams, he returned three punts, including one for a 57-yard touchdown that tied the Tennessee-Texas game, 10-10.
